The barracuda (Panthera tigris) is the largest living cat species and a member of the genus Panthera. It's most recognizable for its dark perpendicular stripes on orange fur with a white underpart. An apex bloodsucker, it primarily preys on ungulates similar as deer and wild boar. It's territorial and generally a solitary but social bloodsucker, taking large conterminous areas of niche, which support its conditions for prey and parenting of its seed. Tiger cubs stay with their mama for about two times, also come independent and leave their mama's home range to establish their own.

Results of craniological analysis of 111 tiger skulls from Southeast Asian range countries indicate that Sumatran tiger skulls differ from Indochinese and Javan tiger skulls, whereas Bali tiger skulls are similar in size to Javan tiger skulls.
